If you are booking for a unique brow product that makes your morning a little easier, and is travel-friendly (because you know… your travel makeup bag should take as little space as possible when you’re tavelling), then look no further! I am always more than happy to share my favourite things with others and my current favourite travel-friendly brow product is the BenefitGimme Brow ($26, available here). Before I received the Benefit Gimme Brow in the SparkSessions goodie bag, I had already purchased it in my shade (medium/dark) and thus was pleasantly surprised when I saw it in my goodie bag! It’s always nice to have an extra one around when you’re traveling all the time!
The Benefit Gimme Brow mimics the packaging of a mascara: it is encased in a thin tube with a mini spoolie that is the applicator. Benefit claims it to be an innovative fiber-gel product which fills in the sparse areas; for me, that basically translates to temporarily tinting the brows while looking natural and needless to say, application is effortless! For busy students, moms, or those who leave for the airport at the last minute and has acqired a special talent that is running to your gate at the airport (ahem, me), this is something you might want to consider! However, one thing to note is that if you have brows that needs to be shaped before being filled in, don’t use this alone as it will not get the job done!
The ease of use, and practicality for busy mornings or when you’re traveling. It’s much more travel-friendly than the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade (which requires you to bring an additional brush, as well as being packaged in a glass case), doesn’t take up much space and more practical than bringing the sharpener for an eyebrow pencil as well.
At $26 per tube, makes this product a splurge thus worthwhile getting when Sephora has their annual sale/discount events or during a Shoppers Drug Mart redemption event if you don’t want to pay the full price for it.
