The holiday season is upon us and for those of us looking to put together a care basket for our loved ones, Farleyco has generously put together a sample of holiday giftables that will be functional and not break the bank. I wanted to showcase the Farleyco 2018 holiday gift ideas with you featuring fun treats and stocking stuffers for everyone!
For those not familiar with Farleyco, they are a Canadian distributors for a whole bunch of really awesome brands like Real Techniques, 7th Heaven, EcoTools and Zoella. Although most of the brands can now be found at most Canadian mass and drugstore retailers (Walmart, Uniprix, Jean Coutu, London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lawtons), you can also shop for those brands online over on their Farleyco website.
The Farley 2018 holiday gift ideas featuring in the box provided to me varies in content but definitely works for a great deal of beauty users irrespective of age, and beauty preferences. Let me show you what we’ve got in this box!
Makeup Tools from Real Techniques & EcoTools
I’m on the only fan of the Real Techniques brushes and having long been a super-fan of the incredibly versatile Multitask Brush, I was thrilled when the brand released a mini version of it! The good news if you dislike mini brushes is the fact the Real TechniquesMini Multitask Brush ($8.99, available here) head is identical to its full-sized sister! I love using this brush for everything powder – it’s got the perfect shape to use as a contour, blush or even setting powder brush!
Also from the brand, we’ve got a handy little organizer in the form of the Real Techniques1 Pocket Expert Organizer ($14.99, available here). This little sucker sticks on most surfaces to keep your brushes, and beauty bits organized.
Moving onto another fantastic brand, the newly launched EcoToolsStart The Day Beautiful Kit ($18.99, available here) comes with 5 essential makeup brushes and a handy stackable tray that can be used alone or with the other storage trays in the Beautify Brush System™. At less than $20, this brush kit is a total steal given the versatility of the brushes and helpful storage solution!
Party Preps from MesmorEyes, Flexitol & 7th Heaven
I’m also kind of obsessed with the MesmorEyes3D Lashes ($6.99, available here) which features multi layers of lashes on top of each other to create a 3D effect from the front and side. The effect is a dramatic and bold finish, perfect for the holiday season or any other occasion you might have to dress up for!
I’m sure I’m not the only one with a pretty full social calendar this month and prepping and caring the skin for those office parties, dinners and potlucks could benefit from adding the 7th HeavenPink Rose Clay Masque ($1.99, available here) or any other type of facial masks. I’m a huge fan of clay-based masks to suck up all the gunk from the layers of foundation / powder / cream that I have on my face at least once a week!
Whilst it’s important to look after your upper body for these holiday parties, it’s equally important to stay comfortable and look after the feet. Afterall, at most cocktail / office parties, you’ll be doing a lot of standing in heels. I would know as I just came back from 2 back to back parties over the weekend! The convenient FlexitolHeel Magic ($14.99, available here) in this deodorant-stick style format is perfect to keep on your bedside table. I like to apply it before I go to bed (no risking slipping in my heels thank you!) and wake up with a softer heel. I like to showcase my favourite heels over the holidays and making sure I haven’t got any cracked skin is kind of priority!
To wrap things up, we’ve got the SplatHair Colour Kit ($14.99, available here) which comes in a bunch of fun colours! I’ve got Midnight Amethyst which I think will work wonderfully well with my black hair, but they also have indigo and ruby should those be your favourite shades to work with!
This collection of carefully-curated brands chosen to be featured in this box is here for a reason – they’re a crowd favourites and affordable! There’s so much to discover from each of these brands, and if you’re looking to put a thoughtful, functional and well-priced gift basket or stocking stuffers, it’s well-worth your time to check them out!
As always, many thanks to Farleyco for providing these products for me to feature and share with you on the blog!
